EU4 Achievements in Vic2 - Switzerlake

Have you ever felt like you wanna complete all the achievements in Europa Universalis 4, but you're actually a lot better at Victoria 2? Well just do the achievements in Victoria 2 then!

In this new series (?) I try to complete achievements from EU4, but in Victoria 2. Obviously not all (as in, the large majority) of EU4 achievements can actually be completed in Vic2, but there's still a fair few of them whose requirements can be fulfilled, or at least close enough. One such achievement is Switzerlake, which requires you to own 99 landlocked provinces as Switzerland without owning any coastal provinces. So that's the one I decided to go for first!
