How can wild swimming improve and maintain your mental fitness. 'DEEP' follows three members of the Military community as they document why they use this form of exercise to improve mental health and optimise wellbeing.

Michael Coates, Des Fraser and Nathan Jones from the Declassified Network swim in 13 different locations in 24 hours. These included the Thames, Bedfont Lakes (The Haven), Clevedon marine lake, Durdle door, Lulworth cove, Dancing ledge and Shepperton open water swimming lake. We also welcomed singer, musician and friend JP Cooper onto the trip.

Nathan Jones is an RAF pilot, Invictus games gold medalist and ex-professional athlete.
