烧鸡/白斩鸡/烧肉/烧鸭 随喜
芥菜 1-2kg
辣椒干 10-15条
亚叁片 5-10片

调味料:
白酱油 2汤匙
黑酱油 2汤匙

事先准备:
1)清洗芥菜,切小片
2)干辣椒 洗净再烫 去肮脏
3)烧鸡/白斩鸡/烧肉/烧鸭 切小片
4)亚叁片 洗净

Ingredients (10 People Portion):
Roasted Chicken/White Chicken/Roasted Pork/Roasted Duck
1-2kg Chinese Mustard Vegetable
10-15 pieces of Dried Chilli
5-10 slices of Assam Slice

Seasoning:
2 tablespoons of white soy sauce
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce

Pre-preparation:
1) Wash the mustard greens and cut into pieces
2) Wash the Dry chilli and blanch
3) Roasted chicken/meat/duck, cut into small pieces
4) Wash the Assam slices
