In this video, I walk you through how I created these irresistible COBBLER STUFFED WAFFLE CONES. Great for HOME BAKERS or JUST BECAUSE BAKERS!
I saw these stuffed cones pop up in some of my bakery groups a few months and they were advertised as CHEESECAKE STUFFED WAFFLE CONES. Unfortunately for me and other home bakery business owners in my state and others, we are unable to legally sell CHEESECAKE, so these delicious looking CHESSECAKE STUFFED WAFFLE CONES were a no go for a lot of us home bakers. I pondered on what I could do to still sell these cones WITHOUT CHEESECAKE and my sister gave me this brilliant idea!
COBBLER STUFFED WAFFLE CONES! I got to work to create and perfect a STRAWBERRY and PEACH COBBLER RECIPE and it just blew my mind! They worked perfectly and tasted heavenly STUFFED with STRAWBERRY and PEACH COBBLER. OMG.
I hope other home bakery business owners who are limited by their local COTTAGE FOOD LAWS are able to begin creating these STUFFED WAFFLE CONES WITHOUT CHEESECAKE to boost their home bakery business.
These COBBLER STUFFED WAFFLE CONES are STUFFED with flavor. Crisp WAFFLE CONES drenched in white chocolate and Strawberry and Graham Cracker crumbles, STUFFED with STRAWBERRY and PEACH COBBLER topped with delicious, tangy, CHEESECAKE flavored buttercream bites and finished with another load of EVERYTHING! DROOLING!

Ok guys, here it is! How to make my strawberry crumble:
(I don't have measurements, I just measure with my heart...):
-Golden Oreos
-Strawberry Jello Powder
-Butter
Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine, add jello powder and blend together. Melt butter, and add it to the food processor with the Oreos and jello. Mix and it's ready to go!
