This Air Fryer Peach Pie is amazing. Light, Buttery, Flaky Pie Crust with a warm homemade fresh Georgia peach pie filling without the Added Sugar. Simple and Easy and everything made from scratch. Boost your Holiday or Summertime sweet desires with this delicious Peach Pie Recipe.

Equipment: 6 inch pan, 7 Quart AirFryer, Stovetop and sauce pan or skillet for Pie Filling.

My husband and I are very health conscious when it comes to sugar, so making a pie with Calorie Free Sugar Added was quite a different step in the world of baking, but this Southern favorite turned out great. I thought it was just as yummy!

You can use your own dough but mine is quite simple. The recipe yields 2 crusts—one for the bottom and one for the top.

Fresh peaches are the best for peach pies, although you can get away with unsweetened frozen peaches. If using frozen peaches, thaw and blot them dry before using them. Canned peaches are not the best option for this recipe and can be too soft and mushy. For a similar fresh peach option, I know in my hometown in the Philippines, mangoes are a great choice for this recipe. Select the mangoes you feel suitable for your sweet taste.

The best crust pie ingredients:
✅ 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
✅ 1 tbsp granulated no calorie Stevia sugar or optional - regular sugar if you want similar sweetness.
✅ 1 tsp salt
✅ 1 cup unsalted butter (cold and cut into cubes)
✅ 6 to 8 tbsp ice water (as needed)

Favorite peach pie filling ingredients:
✅ 4 to 5 cups slice fresh peach
✅ 1/3 cup granulated no calorie Stevia sugar (optional - regular sugar or preferred sugar free alternative)
✅ 1 tbsp cornstarch and water
✅ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
✅ 1/4 tsp nutmeg
✅ 1/4 tsp salt
✅ 2 tbsps lemon juice and zest
✅ 1 tsp vanilla extract

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 45 to 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour, 20minutes
Yield: Two 6 inch peach pies or one 9 inch peach pie with top and bottom crusts.
