As consumers, we do and buy a lot of things, but don't necessarily understand why. However, when you're on the other side of the transaction, if you want to survive as a business, one of the key points is to answer WHY do people buy what they buy? Is it chance? Luck? How do you make a hit?
Today we'll be going into a deep-dive of our survey results from earlier this month from our Ark Nova Giveaway, and using the results to explain consumer behavior in the board game space.
