I successfully completed a mission only using Tactical Mode (without my shooting). I was surprised that the swamp path has a big area where you can't die, so its theoretically possible you can memorize it on speedruns or just for funzies. Sometimes tactical mode sucks, even when I delete action sometimes they still might do it so you need to do them couple of times. With good arrangements in the tactical mode you can theoretically pass most of the missions.
