This is the second of two videos I have uploaded of the band "The Stand". This is from their gig at Max's on Broadway in Fells Point, MD on March 10, 1988. The yelling you hear after each song at the beginning of the first set is my brother Dave. He, my friend Wayne, and I would follow the band on the East Coast in the 1980's. Although we never worked for the band we sometimes acted as backup if they ever got into a dust-up at one of their gigs. Toward the end of this video you can see Ric Flair from the NWA. He and the other 4 Horsemen from that era came to the bar during the second set. It was cool interacting with them and you can see Ric approach Scott and request a song. It was interesting because on TV these men in the 4 Horsemen were "villains" but in real life they were great guys who were a lot of fun.
