Here I do a short comparison of the OEM Carter, Ebay Carter, and DCEC mechanical fuel pumps for Cummins 6bt 12 valve engines. I had hoped that the poor quality "Ebay Carter made in USA" pump i got was the cause of my "air bubbles in fuel return line" condition. But even with the DCEC pump installed i still have little air bubbles.
