This is a more in depth look at setting the ignition timing on Tomos A3 and A35 automatic engines. The same ignition system is also used on the manual AT50 and ATX50 engine as well as the 4hp Tomos/Ailsa Craig outboard engine so setting the ignition timing is the same but please refer to an owners manual as the mm or degrees before TDC may be different.
