Southwestern Advantage Sizzler Service Project 2023

As part of the Share the Advantage program, interns have the opportunity to donate a portion of their profits during Service Week to help the communities they visit during the Sizzler Incentive Trip.

Interns assisted the small coastal village of Quimixto by clearing, cleaning, and repairing the Primaria 18 de Julio school damaged by hurricanes. They also donated funds for a large-scale project to rebuild a local family-owned restaurant that was swept away by recent flooding. Lastly, donated money provided paved parking to allow disabled people to enter easily, a teacher and classroom for deaf students, and a furnished community center for the Volcanes Education Kids Project.

Nearly $48,000 was raised.

If not for the donations of our interns these projects would not take place. Our team is passionate about giving back to the communities we travel to as incentive destinations. The Share the Advantage program serves as a way to pay it forward, but more importantly, teach a new generation the value of service.
