2.45miles one way its steep walk 🚶‍♂️( bit hard for some )
Bowden Bridge carpark postcode:165 Kinder Rd, High Peak SK22 2LH(paid and display)
plenty of free parking on road side

Direction:
I )Postcode Bowden Bridge
carpark:Sk22 2LH
There is side roads free parking as well.
2)After Parking, Walk straight down the road there is
sign car for access Only.
3) Keep walking straight until you see the sign White
Brow
4) Follow the White Brow (It's bit steep in start)
5) After few minutes walk You are there!
6) there would be an gate cross it after few minutes walk you will see small waterfall.
7)just after that there is small bridge cross it and keep follow the steep trail to hill. these hills called sandy heys...
if you want to see kinder down fall when the trail spilt into 2 keep to the right you will be there after few minutes walk, the day we did it was so misty we can hardly see 👀 that's why headed back.


set off from Bowden Bridge carpark and made our way up to Sandy Heys on Kinder Scout, when you up on sandy heys path will spilt into keep to right for kinderdown fall...
Our initial plan was to go up till kinder down fall but its got too misty that we can hardly see so change the plan, if you want to see kinder down fall keep going after few miles walk you can spot kinder down fall.
