UK Budget Predictions - Which taxes will rise??

So we've had some gloomy news from Labour in relation to the state of public finances.

I thought it would be useful to put forward some 'informed speculation' with the help of some excellent work from Tax Policy Associates & the IFS. I also wanted to get off the fence and add some opinions. (Figures from Dan used with permission.)
