VFD Troubleshooting

This is a panel originally comes with CS16312 from the manufacturer SEMICO and it is not working, we tried to bring it to life again. We encountered some difficulties, but after a while it began to shine again.
The method to validate the code in the driver applied to the panel involves creating a branch and making a total parallel of 2 panels, carried out tests on 6 manufacturers: ATC, PTC, NEC, TOPRO, SEMICO, IRICO-AOTOM of 16312 or 6312 Series drivers , featured 2 panels.
They all work perfectly under one window with timer variations in the communication protocol.
Our display don't stay with point "getter" white!
