John Rees is joined by Howard Tucker in this edition of In Conversation With.

Howard is a former South Wales police detective who became Head of Mission for the UN International Criminal Tribunal in Bosnia.

In that post he was responsible for work that brought to court the leading perpetrators of the genocide committed against Bosnian Muslims in the Balkan war of 1992-1995.

The war killed 14,000 people, 80% of them Muslims.
Around 8,000 of those deaths took place in the 1995 Srebrenica massacre, an event designated as genocide by the International Court in The Hague.

Howard Tucker investigated those war crimes and helped bring those responsible, including Serb general Ratko Mladic and war time leader Radovan Karadzic, to justice.
