Handly & Phillips Logging , Gary Phillips side yarding with a Skagit 739 and loading with a Lorain 60C in the early nineties at South mountain area on Simpson ground. hauling to the Camp Govey reload. this was the end of a Forest Service contract and Simpson had H&P finish off some steep Old growth logging for them before the contract was up. truckers include Dennis Wilhelm, Dale Brownfield, George slack, Bill Bolander, Albert Keggley and Emery Winters
