Meet The Students 🎤 Episode 1

We spent the last few months getting the know the teaching team and those behind the scenes at The Frog Project, and now it's time to turn our attention to the reason we're all here! Our incredible students. Without you, none of this would exist. So, without further ado, let's kick off this BRAND NEW season and meet wonderful Frog Project yogi, Ruth!

The biggest thank you to Ruth for sharing with us today.. this chat had us smiling all the way through. Thank you Ruth for taking time to chat to us, and inspire us to walk more, read more, try a daily gratitude practice and of course do more yoga!

Discover how Ruth accidentally stumbled into yoga 10 years ago, when she was offered the chance to take an hour off work! And then last year trained as a Yoga Teacher, and now co-teaches with her friend Cath at the local U3A!

After teaching for 25 years, and a couple of years working in her local library (guess how many books Ruth read last year?!), find out what Ruth most loves about retirement.. she’s an inspiration to all of us!
