1000 turns of 10 gauge wire. Pole diameter is 3" round with 3" square base bolted together. 65 amps at 1000 turns gives the required 65000 ampere turns specified by Lucas for recharging rotary magnet magnetos. Rectifier to convert the AC from the welder to the required DC for the magneto. Diodes to prevent back emf when the switch is opened negating any internal sparks in the windings which could burn the enamel and cause a winding short. Excuse the dodgy accent, it was a dare! Just couldn't seem to pull it off for the entire footage.
