Living Doll - August In The Twilight Zone | Alex Carson

A divided family of a young girl leads to the introduction of Talking Tina. As the girl’s doll becomes a friend and protector of sorts, you’d equally be surprised by the capabilities an inanimate object like a “Living Doll” can have; and, with the right amount of imagination and timing, makes the stair steps down this episode of The Twilight Zone one to look out for.

All through August of 2020, I'll be sharing my 30 favorite episodes, in no particular order, as part of my series, "August In The Twilight Zone". I'll be covering their synopses & twists, some background around the episodes themselves, and my own thoughts. Today, we're talking about one of the few episodes in the series where an inanimate figure plays a predominant role, in "Living Doll" (Season 5, Episode 6).
