DE2097 San Francisco International (SFO) - Frankfurt International FRA, Condor A330-900neo, D-ANRT

Willkommen zu meinem neuen Video! Heute nehme ich euch mit auf den Rückflug mit Condor von San Francisco International Airport (SFO) nach Frankfurt am Main (FRA) an Bord der blau gestreiften Condor A330neo D-ANRT. Diese hat die Sonderbemalung "danke, tecke" zu Ehren langjährigen CEO Ralf Teckentrup, der nun im Ruhestand ist.

Nach dem ich aus dem Hotel ausgecheckt habe, bin ich mit den BART-Train zum Flughafen gefahren. Eine Flughafenrunde mit dem AirTrain bin ich dann auch noch gefahren. Nach der Sicherheitskontrolle habe ich dann auf meinen Rückflug gewartet. Der Flughafen in San Francisco eignet sich hervorragend für Planespotting aus dem Terminal. Gerade die simultaneous departures auf den Startbahnen 1L und 1 R lassen sich aus den B-Gates sehr gut beobachten.

Dann ging es schließlich auf der Startbahn 28R los. Auf der Abflugroute kann man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt, den Ocean Beach und die Golden Gate Bridge werfen. Die Flugroute führte unter anderem über Grönland.

Zurück im regnerischen Deutschland zeige ich euch noch die Landung auf der Nordbahn 07L in Frankfurt. Hier hat ein Kind leider sehr stark geschrien. Tut mir leid! Dies lag wohl daran, dass der Druck auf den Ohren wohl sehr schmerzhaft für das Kind war.

Today, I'm taking you on the return flight with Condor from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to Frankfurt am Main (FRA) aboard the blue-striped Condor A330neo D-ANRT. This aircraft features the special "danke, tecke" livery in honor of long-time CEO Ralf Teckentrup, who is now retired.

After checking out of the hotel, I took the BART train to the airport. I also took a round trip on the AirTrain around the airport. After going through security, I waited for my return flight. San Francisco Airport is excellent for plane spotting from the terminal. The simultaneous departures on runways 1L and 1R are particularly great to watch from the B gates.

We finally took off from runway 28R. The departure route offers a beautiful view of the city, Ocean Beach, and the Golden Gate Bridge. The flight route also took us over Greenland.
