Gore Horse - Help an artist to complete their greatest (and grisliest) piece of art.
Make it So - Help Sarah and Sebastian light a beacon of hope.
Sharpest Tool in the Box - Complete 5 Lost & Found Weapon Quests.
Jumbo Keyring - Unlock 10 Lockboxes

Basically complete most of the 33 side missions (specific questlines unlock some trophies listed above), 5 lost & found missions, 9 missing persons missions and open 10 lockboxes of 47 possible.
