Overwatch's ranked system feel like it is getting really harsh and reminds of of how Overwatch 1 ones when it was near the end of its lifespan.

Is everyone silver is it just me? quit playing I know I am not dat bad, they must be moving people down into this rank, because I know it is not my fault.

Here, I play some DPS with Soilder, Symettra, and Mei in order to counter a gengi.

My aim is excellent, but there is likely a team issue and we are struggling to synergize and focus on single targets. We are all working without harmony and need to unite as one and join our forces to get out of silver.
