Episode two: Efeso Collins with Dr Max Harris

In our second episode, Efeso chats with his campaign director Dr Max Harris about what drew him to help Efeso and what are their plans for creating a better connected, more inclusive city. Dr Harris has a PhD in constitutional law from the University of Oxford, has worked as an economic policy advisor in the UK Parliament, as a judge's clerk to Chief Justice Elias at the NZ Supreme Court, and in the United Nations Development Programme in New York. He also wrote a book called The New Zealand Project (published in 2017) on the state and future of New Zealand politics, and in this episode, he shares his trail-blazing vision for how election campaigns can be run differently from what might be considered “politics as usual”.
