Hello all! Welcome to February's monthly bullet journal setup. Here I talk about mental wellbeing and journalling and how these two things come together. And boy-oh did the wellbeing have a bit of a challenge with the journalling this month.

I lost half the video files of me setting this up, so we're rolling with the punches and making do with what we've got. I hope you enjoy what I've put together for your all. There's a bit of chatting from me to start with, talking through the materials and things I've used to put this theme together. But I do thankfully have some video of the end half of the setup. So let's call it best of both worlds!

But hey, there's a lesson in being flexible, adaptable to a "rapidly changing landscape" in there somewhere. I hope this shows you it's ok to make mistakes, and it's ok to pivot and try something new, different or unexpected. You can make it.
