I try out guitars from Yamaha and Martin, and I go a little further into the acoustic-electric features of the Yamaha. Both guitars had D'Addario Phosphor Bronze Light strings, with 2 days of playing wear at the time of filming. This was to get as level of a playing field as possible. Other than amplification and the soft compression necessary for Youtube, there was no altering of sound quality or EQ in post-edit.
