Tommie Gorman - The Future for Northern Ireland and Relations on These Islands

Описание к видео Tommie Gorman - The Future for Northern Ireland and Relations on These Islands

Brexit and the recent instability in Northern Ireland pose some key questions for policy makers and politicians on these islands: How damaged are North-South relations by the current instability in unionism? What are the implications for Northern Ireland’s peace process? Is there an acceptable version of the Northern Ireland Protocol? Has Brexit undermined British-Irish relations?  Is the route towards a united Ireland clearer or more complicated?

In this IIEA webinar, Tommie Gorman draws on his experience to address these questions and reflects on the future of Northern Ireland and British-Irish relations.
