Tools used:
Cordless Ryobi 18v Grinder with an 80 grit sanding flap disc.
Random Orbital Sander with 120 grit paper.
Hammer and chisel.
Jack Plane.

Material:
2x 3mm plywood sheets 1220mmx2440mm (4'x8').
2x 2.4m x 12mm x 30mm Meranti for deck cleats.
