Nike Dragonfly vs Vaporfly vs Run Fast Pro (flats) for a 5000m; a review with data & race results!

Testing out (on the track) the Nike Dragonfly compared to my racing flats, before racing 5000m in them, and 5k in the Vaporfly. Which is best? Are they any good if you aren't a 13 minute runner?
