As a Scrum Master, you’ll guide and coach Scrum Teams to embrace Agile practices, facilitate key ceremonies, and remove roadblocks to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Guide teams on Agile practices and values
✅ Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
✅ Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and advocate for Scrum best practices
✅ Build a safe, trusting environment for open communication and conflict resolution
✅ Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams for cross-team dependencies
✅ Promote continuous improvement and help teams identify areas to grow
✅ Monitor team performance using Agile metrics like Velocity and Burndown charts
✅ Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize and groom backlogs

Required Skills & Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
📜 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (PSM I/II)
💼 5+ years of overall IT project experience, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master
🔍 Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework
🤝 Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
🧩 Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders
🛠 Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications:
✨ Experience with SAFe or other Agile frameworks
🛠 Background in software development or QA
🧘‍♂ Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
