Time for a well overdue escape to the Edward River for some fishing, camping and exploring. Fortunately the weather held up and we enjoyed a few exceptionally good winter days. Fishing was tough, with the river level as low as we have ever seen it and it dropped a further 100mm while we were there. Generally, Murray Cod are more likely to bite on stable or rising water.
