A lot of people were asking for a souffle omelette video after the dalgona video from last week.
Like the dalgona coffee, souffle omelet too requires a lot of whisking.
I can see why it became popular, but don't think I'll have it often unless I get myself a hand mixer.
It tastes and feels similar to a really eggy pancake/sponge cake.

Ingredients:
Egg: x3, Butter: x? (Enough to coat the pan), Sugar: x1 Tbsp, Salt: x1/2 tsp
