A £30 Sebo Dart 1 Commercial Vacuum! First look, before refurb.

A family member needs a new vacuum, so this £30 Sebo Dart 1 has come to the rescue! However, it's in terrible shape and missing several parts, so let's see what a used commercial vac looks like, and make a list of what we need to refurbish it!
