Me and my brother is baking Pupcakes!
Am trying all the ingredients (of course).
Watch til the end to see how they turned put and what I'm rating them!




1 dl grated carrot
1 egg
0.5 dl apple puree ( we took peanut butter instead)
0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dl gluten-free oatmeal
1 dl graham flour (wheat flour works well)

Do this:
Set the oven to 175 degrees and prepare a plate with muffin tins. I use a mini muffin tin, but it is of course possible to place your muffin tins directly on a regular plate.

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk the egg in a glass or small bowl on the side and then stir into the flour mixture, also add the apple puree. Use a wooden spoon or similar advantageously. Finally, add the grated carrot and mix quickly to a smooth dough.

Distribute in your muffin tins, these pupcakes will not grow in the oven so you can fill about 80-90% of the muffin tin.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes - 15 minutes, depending on the size of the muffins, so the time may vary. Set aside and start with your frosting.
