Referees and Line Judges' Official Hand Signals

Giving hand signals is part of the responsibility of the game officials. Such hand signals are executed based on the decision derived at by the referee and other officials, some of which are patterned from the result of the actions of the players. Accurate hand signals and appropriate interpretation of such are needed in the proper conduct of the game. The following hand signals are taken from the Rule book for easy reference of the students and teachers alike.
