Ingredients
The chicken wings
500g chicken wings
2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp white pepper
30ml water (used in case your chicken doesn't release water)

1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Veg oil to deep fry in

Finishing
3 chopped spring onions
5 finely chopped cloves of garlic
1/3 finely sliced carrot
3/4 sliced sweet chillies (mix of green and red, if you don't like heat you can use diced green peppers)
1/3 tsp salt
