MediaTek MWC 2019 - Round-Up

The MediaTek Helio M70 modem, a first generation 5G solution, is the only 5G modem with LTE and 5G dual connectivity, plus multi-mode support for every cellular connectivity generation from 2G to 5G.

MediaTek displayed the latest 5G technologies, including the Alcatel 5G USB device with M70, RFFE solutions and equipment collaborations with Keysight and Rohde & Schwartz. MediaTek also demonstrated a live connection to a Nokia AirScale 5G base station and Anritsu Corporation’s MT80000A 5G test equipment to show that MediaTek M70 meets the ultra-fast speed requirements of 5G. The P90 Edge AI chip was also on displayed at MCW this year.
