After returning from a long European trip, your hosts are thrilled to be back in the interview chair talking to social media star and mental health advocate, Lexi Hensler. Lexi is open about her struggles with anxiety and depression from a very young age and talks to the Lautners about what helps her manage it all. She also talks about her bucket list, something she came up with when she was in the hospital with an infection that resulted in organ failure and a panic attack disorder. Lexi is out to destigmatize the conversation around mental health, and one of the amazing ways she is doing that is through her weighted stuffed animal company, Hugz.
