Cacao is an incredible heart opening medicine! She loves to be sang to, so here's the MYF rendition of the beloved Cacao song. we sing this song during the opening, while we bless the cacao and pass the cups around. all these clips were taken onsite at MYF during a variety of different cacao ceremonies shared here. our favorite way to work with cacao is by singing. it's also great for yoga, meditation, shamanic journey, DANCE, kirtan, emotional processing, trauma release, sexy dates, meetings, spiritual work.. and just about anything!
