The differences between the 80's Dyno Dtour Pretzel bars and the Pro Comp Bars. The Pro Comp bars are 4130 chromoly and have a D cr-mo stamped on them at the ends where the grips go. The Dtour pretzels are hi tens steel and have no stamps. The Mid cross bar is half an inch higher on the pro comp bars and the lower half area is also half an inch wider plus the holes inside the top areas are smaller on pro comp bars and you cant fit your finger inside. The pro comp bars also have double knurling and dtour pretzels have single knurling. Also some pro comp bars didnt come stamped as quality control missed some back then like always. The ends are are seemless on the pro comp bars and very thin metal and the dtour ones are thicker and smeemed(rolled). Hope that helps.
