Hello! Today I talk about the imprecision of counting calories, all the different factors that can impact the amount of energy you actually absorb and use, processed foods, fiber, the gut microbiome, macronutrients and caloric availability, and provide some evidence-based tools for fat loss without counting calories. Despite what many people in the fitness industry are telling you, you CAN lose fat without counting calories, and calorie deficits are a lot more complex than they seem.
