How do you fact check a meme?

We see memes all the time but lately we see a lot of political memes and a number of them flip out some piece of data. The problem with that is that people tend to just believe (or not believe) that information and call it fake news or fact news without really understanding what it is they are agreeing or disagreeing with. Here at Polus, we look to find the facts for these memes so people can be more informed. This looks to both Republicans and Democrats and hopefully with the right information, we can decide whether that meme is valid or not.
