Remember King Kong vs. Godzilla? What if I told you the Hollow Earth Theory from the movie might actually be real? Dive into this fascinating theory with us!
Meet Dallas Thompson, who claims he had a vision of Hollow Earth. In 2002, he shared his mind-blowing story on Art Bell Vault's podcast. But first, make sure to subscribe to Unexplained for more intriguing content!
It all started with a car accident. During a heavy rainstorm, Thompson's car spun out of control and fell into a 250-foot deep canyon. Miraculously, he survived. Firemen called it a miracle he still had his head attached. During this experience, Thompson saw a light so bright it left him legally blind and gave him a vision of a world beneath our feet – the Hollow Earth!
Is it possible that Hollow Earth exists? Thompson believed there was an entrance at the North Pole and shared his vision on Coast to Coast AM. Surprisingly, he received over 5,600 emails about the world underneath. Then, Thompson mysteriously vanished without a trace after his shocking revelation.
Hollow Earth theories aren't just modern fantasies. In the 17th century, astronomer Edmund Halley proposed that the Earth has multiple hollow shells. John Symmes, an 1812 war veteran, declared the Earth is hollow and open at the poles. He was dedicated to exploring it.
Admiral Richard E. Byrd, an American naval officer, reportedly flew over a lush, green area with rivers and mammoth-like creatures in 1947. His alleged diary describes an advanced civilization beneath the Earth's surface, just like in King Kong vs. Godzilla.
The Hollow Earth theory has been part of human beliefs for centuries, with references in ancient Greek, Tibetan, and Hindu cultures. Even the idea of Hell being underground hints at a Hollow Earth. We've only managed to dig 8 miles into the Earth, and what lies beyond that depth remains a mystery.
