✔️Walkability - Markets/Restaurants/Shops within 20 minute walk - Costco, Sam's or Walmart within 15 minute drive - Parks and outdoor recreation within 30 minute drive
✔️Average Weather - 55 - 85F degrees year round - Sunny most days of the year - No or few natural disasters exposure
✔️Cost of living - Good exchange rate with USD - Low cost, fresh food - Low cost utilities or alternatives (ie: solar panels, rain catchments, etc.)
✔️Easy Transportation - Rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft - Subway, bus or train system - Bike lanes
✔️Distance to international airport - Less than 45 minute drive
✔️Distance/Access to beach -Walking distance preferred -Two hour drive max -Quiet Beach
