Gift of Destiny is one of the four unfriendly handshake techniques in American Kenpo and is taught in the Blue Belt curriculum in the 24-technique system. As many Kenpo practitioners struggle with the execution of this technique, particularly in the hand grips in the base technique, I show closeups on how to do this properly, and finish the video by showing the extension to this technique as well.
