Today we’re going to be looking at an essential part, a bit of an initial part to understanding wines in fact, a point many wine experts forget to mention or explain, they overlook it essentially as it may seem so obvious: the 3 main colors of wine. We’ll look at why they matter to the core of your tasting experience and appreciation of wine when you select a bottle of wine, and of course when you taste it.

There will be things you already perhaps know, but I’ll try to highlight those insider facts winemakers know while most wine drinkers don’t because they’ve never been explained properly, we just take them for granted when we experience wine, or we just never really think about them…
