In this video I discuss formalization in the employment relationship. How trust impacts on the level of formalization and how formalization impacts on the trust in the relationship. I provide my recommendations for which documents and formal procedures are necessary in companies, and which I do not think are necessary, and which I think can cause damage to the employment relationship.
