About Family No. 1:

The show has two single parents, with three kids each, sharing a house. A widower, Deepak Malhotra and his three kids - Rahul, Rashmi and Guddu live in a beach house which they share with another family - Tthe Potias. The Potia family consists of widow Shalini Potia and her three children - Bharti, Tufan and Dheer. The two families often spar over sharing house space which leads to funny situations. Later Shalini and Deepak fall in love and get together, while the six kids have comical fights.
