Woodturning - Roughing out Crotch Pieces

In this video I cut up and rough turn some cherry crotch pieces. I do the rough turning of the pieces in two different orientations. One shape will be the heart shaped bowl that has the crotch figure in the bottom of the bowl. The other shape will turn the crotch piece so that the branches and trunk are show on the top surface and this can be more of a charcuterie type piece or just a decorative piece.
