morning session in Fig Tree cove of middle Harbour, launching at Willis rd.

I had two setups but have been getting most of my action on small lures so only use my Shimano Stradic 8lb set up. on land you probably would have much chance landing fish this size because you are pulling them into rocks, while on the kayak you are pulling them away.

I have noticed the fish that are around in numbers (around dec/jan) are eating huge volumes of white bait, so really you just need to cast thin lure that are roughly 50mm long and get lucky.
Ive seen kings around but haven't been as lucky so assume they are not yet around in plague numbers.
