The Longest Journey (re-recorded) Walkthrough part 1

The Longest Journey is one of my favorite games of all time and, for the longest time, I've wanted to re-record it. The walkthrough I recorded in 2010 is plagued by various technical issues. I finally did that, over a decade later. 2 years ago, when I lost the motivation to record, I promised myself I'd re-record this game before quitting YouTube. After recovering from that burnout, I decided to prioritize uploading some other games that were on my list. I'm finally publishing these videos now that I am away from home and focused on my work and exploring my temporary hometown.

The Longest Journey is a 1999 point-and-click adventure video game, developed by Norwegian studio Funcom for Microsoft Windows.
The game takes place in the parallel universes of magic-dominated Arcadia and industrial Stark. The protagonist, April Ryan, is an 18-year-old art student living in Stark, identified as a 'Shifter' capable of movement between these worlds, and tasked with restoring their essential Balance.
